Returns Policy

Except for Products that are a final sale, we accept returns if you are not satisfied with any purchase. We also offer exchanges within 45 days of purchase. So if you have tried a product and its not for you, simply head over to our Returns Center and follow the steps!

We reserve the right to review all return requests and deny requests that are deemed an abuse of our policies and platform.

Only items purchased may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Products purchased through may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location that sells products.

How do I start an return or exchange?

We always want you to be obsessed! Just simply visit our Return Center to initiate your return within 45 days of when the order was placed. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label once we know which item(s) you’re sending our way.

To exchange your order, you can only select a new shade or size from the same product when selecting which items you’re sending back.

What should I do if I haven’t received my store credit after a return?

If you are expecting store credit after a return and haven’t received an email confirmation,  Please get in touch with us via chat.  We will resend the store credit to your email address right away.
