How can I make changes to my order?

Our fulfillment center works to process orders quickly. We all understand that can’t wait! Because of this, we are not able to add or remove products once an order is placed. 

Please contact us or start a live chat and we can do our best to assist you in any changes needed on your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

We’re sorry your most recent order hasn’t arrived yet!

You can check the status of your order 3 different ways:

1) Via the shipping confirmation email you receive.

2) Within your! account page.

3) Start a Live Chat, enter the email you used to place the order and click the “order status” button. It will automatically provide you with the tracking info on your last order.

*If you are experiencing issues with your tracking number, rest assured your order has likely shipped. In the rare occurrence, that this happens, we have found that if you navigate to you can track your order there!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Can I use my FSA/HSA dollars?

Yes! You can use your Flexible Spending Account dollars to purchase. Just use your FSA/HSA card like you would your credit card at checkout. (And if you’d rather use your regular credit card, you can use the shipping confirmation email to submit for reimbursement)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Reimbursements are determined by your individual insurance plan/provider. While all products are eligible, your insurance provider has final say in whether or not you will be reimbursed. Does not have control over what insurance providers deem as eligible for reimbursement.

What should I do if I received a damaged item(s)?

If you received any items that were damaged in transit, please contact us via chat or by email us and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I unsubscribe from email and/or SMS?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you no longer wish to receive emails from us simply click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. To stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply back to the message with the word STOP. Both of these actions will automatically unsubscribe you from receiving future emails and/or SMS.

Keep in mind that you will continue to receive emails regarding specific order information like order confirmations, tracking updates and notice of delivery.

What do I do if my order comes back as ‘canceled’ after I place it?

We apologize for any issues you are experiencing with order cancellation, post purchase. Please get in touch with us via chat and provide us with an additional email address or phone number. We can manually review your order and help correct the issue with this information. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for you.

How can I obtain an HSA/FSA receipt for my order?

If you require an itemized receipt for a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flex Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement, you can use your! Shipping confirmation as the receipt!

How can I resolve an issue with missing items in my order?

If your package is delivered with missing items, reach out to us via chat or as soon as possible. We will promptly submit a replacement order for the missing item/s.

You will not be charged for the cost of shipping for these replacement items, even if the invoice reflects shipping charges.
